Ive been to locations of HPB in Bruges, Ghent, Oostende, Kortrijk, Brussels, Leuven, Tilburg, Amsterdam, ... All interiors are the same. What I didnt like here is that there's no toilet available, you need to go use the toilets of the shopping mall (1€).

On peut choisir les ingrédients de son bowl pour qu'il soit vegan. Je trouve que le riz n'est pas top. Le tofu pourrait être meilleur également.

Moyen de créer un bowl vegan avec pas mal de possibilités (tofu, divers légumes et assaisonnements,...). Tout est clairement marqué sur la carte. La décoration est magnifique, dommage que ce soit dans l'Esplanade et pas dans la rue Charlemagne. Cela reste assez cher.

I mean… This restaurant isn’t vegan, but they do offer “Japanese Tofu” and loads of vegan ingredients to make your bowl delicious !

There is 1 vegan bowl suggestion which I haven’t been interested in, but as you can create your own bowl, this gives you heaps of different mixes…
Plus the portions are very generous. I can easily take my leftovers home for the next day !
It is fresh, tasty, and healthy !
