I’ve had Hawaiian Poke Bowl several times, and to be honest, it’[censored] or miss. When it’s good, it’s really good — the ingredients are fresh, well-prepared, and the portions are balanced, making for a satisfying meal. However, there have been times when the experience was less enjoyable. For example, the falafel has been extremely dry, almost too hard to chew, and there was too much of the base (I usually choose quinoa), with an unbalanced portion of vegetables, leaving the bowl feeling dry overall.
That said, it’s still a solid option if you're looking for something healthier and quick. Depending on the location, it can get quite crowded, but they typically prepare everything fairly fast. Just be aware that the quality can be inconsistent.
They have tofu and tempeh as well as a variety of grains including quinoa. However, I don't think there was anything there to blow you away. Good for what it is, but not worth going out of your way.
The option to create your own bowl is obviously interesting. The tofu was very delicious. It's not cheap, per se, but it sure isn't expensive either. Staff is friendly. Recommended!

healthy & fast - Edit
You can choose your own ingredients to customize your bowl, it's fresh, it's healthy and it's fast. Nothing special but a good, solid option
