Great little cafe - Edit
This is a little hometown cafe! It definitely feels like the locals hang out here. They had some really fun locally made snacks and treats, including Li Hing Mui covered in Nerds, which I didn't want to eat, but I very much appreciated the ridiculousness of. They had locally grown and dried herbal teas, and a selection of desserts and some immune boosting shots of fermented fruit juice in their cooler. Their menu was breakfast and lunch oriented, with acai bowls and sandwiches and breakfast options. I got the taro burger, which was a standard veggie burger patty, not house-made, but it had this interesting purple taro root bun and it was pretty good. It came with a homemade vegan spinach pesto but there wasn't very much on it and honestly I didn't notice it at all on the burger. The folks I was with both had non-vegan options and enjoyed them. The highlight was the sunshine smoothie, which was like the best virgin pina colada I have ever had! We actually whooped back around after we went to Sherwood Forest (a very cool little hidden beach nearby) and got a second smoothie!
