Great Concept - Edit
This is a very cool place. Loved the vibe and the values of the non-profit.
Read moreHad a decent selection of fresh produce and I loved that all the food made on site was organic and gluten free (and vegan - obviously)!
I had a mushroom quesadilla which was pretty good. The tortilla was excellent and held together and wasn't dry. The home made sour creme was amazing! Could have used a bit more spices imo but was good for sure.
The blueberry cookie was good for a healthy cookie. Liked the cardamom in it.
Had a Brussels sprouts vegetable soup as well. I really enjoyed it. Flavourful and healthy.

What a find :) - Edit
This place is such a solid choice, especially out in rural upstate NY. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable... it really does feel like a little haven. The quesadilla was excellent, as was the chili. Lots of fresh organic produce, snacks, and ready to go meals. Fully vegan except for some local honey. So happy to support this place, because we need more like it ❤️

Left Haven feeling so great! - Edit
The wonderful team at Haven met us at the door, invited us in, and gave us a full tour. What wonderfully find folks! We shopped the ready-made fridge which contains limited items to avoid overproduction and food waste. To this point, they limit the number of items each person can buy so that one person won’t wipe out the supply. We ordered fresh made soup from the kitchen counter and cookies at the register. The kitchen also heated up our food items from the ready made case - which was awesome of them to offer! We sat in the sunny side of the porch and ate while sitting on hay bales😄so fun

Hidden gem!! - Edit
Wow. Local adorable family-run plant-based market that you don't want to miss if you're in the Catskills. Not only is all the produce organic and mostly from local farms but its also sold at wholesale prices to make it affordable for all. They also make in-house grab n go plant based wraps, sandwiches, and desserts that are soooo freaking delicious.

Really yummy, all vegan! - Edit
We shared the potato-green bean soup, a mushroom Reuben, and a plain pizza. (The pizza was actually better at room temp later!) I think I had chocolate cake for dessert.

Lovely all vegan and gluten free market and cafe - Edit
What a find! A lovely little market with tons of great stuff, prepared foods, grab n go, market items and produce. (Much of the produce is kept in this giant refrigerated walk in vault, super cool!) They have such a great menu of options like panini's, quesadillas, soups, smoothies, salads. Need to go back when it's warm and sit outside on their bales of hay. So quaint and such a find in this part of the state. And the owners are so sweet and helpful.

Good Stuff! - Edit
Had a lot of great options for carry out and grocery. Very reasonably priced and very tasty. We had the grilled cheese, chipotle (spicy), reuben, bbq mushroom, Eden wrap and curry panini. Was a hit all around (6 of us). Also bought some produce at cost and made a donation.
