All-you-can-eat - Edit
There were vegetarian and vegan options, and the staff were willing to show me which was which. All of the vegan options were delicious, and I left the restaurant very full. The restaurant is also really spacious. It was also incredibly cheap; only ¥1980 for 2 hours of all-you-can-eat. Definitely heading there again.

Veggies By The Sea 🌊 - Edit
Great vegetarian/vegan buffet close to the Sea of Japan. Everything was flavorful and packed with veggies 🥦. I feel like I have been lacking in veggies in Japan, so this was awesome. Salad, curries, etc. the one funny thing was that they had a higher buffet price for men than women. 🤣

Good food, many vegan options - Edit
Great place, lovely. Food is tasty. Many vegan options but milk in some meal. Ask the chef he will kindly tell you.

Excellent Vegetarian Indian Buffet! - Edit
Very nice spacious dinning room with yoga classes upstairs and small shop downstairs.
Read moreLarge, vegetarian fresh and clean Indian flavors with traditional and fusion of Indian Japanese, example the inari rolls, also mung bean sprouts for salad toppings. Great chai, fresh nan and/or chapatis, several choices of curries. Different choices frequently. Friendly staff speaks English. Accepts credit cards.
Great vibe. Great location near the Japan Sea, a wooded park and an old Temple.
Worth a trip to Niigata to experience!
Pros: Environment and serene location, Great food, good price, great vibe, Yogis working and practicing
Cons: Short taxi or bus ride from town center
