It has some nice breakfast options, but could be a little bit more.

Bread/rolls, several spreads (some home made), jam, porridge, antipasti, cereal, nuts, dried fruit, fruit and vegetables, soy yoghurt, oat milk, almond milk.

Room was nice and comfortable. Shared fridge available. On some days you can order a optionally vegan bowl for lunch.

Perfect Vegan Breakfast - Edit
We stayed for a week at Haus AnNatur on the island Juist and had a wonderful time.

The house is vegetarian / vegan only and serves breakfast buffet and also little snacks in the afternoon.
All ingredients are bio-quality!
The apartments were lovely too!
Totally recommend this location for veggy / vegan holiday!
