Protein Bowl with Tofu - Edit
While they didn’t have a large number of vegan options, there were a few. I had the protein bowl with tofu and it was quite good.

Basic vegan fare - Edit
One of the only places in the Grand Canyon Village where you can find vegan food. There was a vegan burrito and a Southwest protein bowl (which had tofu, quinoa, and veggies). The Southwest protein bowl was overly salty. It will sate your hunger after a long hike, but don't expect anything gourmet. The restaurant is conveniently located in the heart of the village and the atmosphere was cozy.

It was okay - Edit
I had a Beyond Burger and fries. The Beyond Burger was extra done. The fries were crispy but not very hit. Some seemed a little stale. My daughter had the tamales and did not like them at all. She did not care for the sauce on top or the powdery parmasean cheese.
Read morePros: Had more than one vegetarian options, The fries were crispy- I liked the batter
Cons: Fries were a slightly warm and stale, Beyond burger was cooked too long

Vegan options - Edit
It is very centrally located in the village.
Read moreThey have some vegan options, clearly marked on the menu.
I had the southwest protein bowl, which was okay.. the vegetables were only 3-4 pieces zucchini and a lot of onions. There was also a sauce on top of the tofu which was quite spicy

Good luck getting a table - Edit
We tried 2 times to get a table here, but never could get there early enough to beat the 2 hour wait and sometimes full wait-list.

Good options inside south rim - Edit
As of July 2023 there are specifically marked vegetarian and vegan options.
Read moreNote that they have a “plant based” menu section that actually has vegetarian items in it. Also, some vegetarian items cannot be made vegan. For instance the tamale has cheese INSIDE not just on top and therefore cannot be made vegan.
Huge bonus points for a kids menu with a vegan option - noodles with marinara.

Excellent fries, tasty burger - Edit
The fries were super crispy and tasty, and the burger is vegan without aioli and cheese, with the Beyond burger. The staff were very friendly, and we had a great time.

Just okay - Edit
Teriyaki tofu bowl has a marinade on the tofu that makes it not vegan. We removed the tofu and added extra veggies. Beyond burger bun has dairy.

4 Stars for Two Vegan Options - Edit
The options are: Beyond Burger and a Teriyaki Tofu Bowl. The first night we got the Beyond burgers with thin, crispy fries. The “aioli” was mayonnaise with garlic in it, served on the side. No thanks. The bun was super soft and vaguely yellow—we didn’t ask if it had egg. Otherwise, decent. The Teriyaki Tofu Bowl was better. The tofu was cooked really well. Quinoa, veggies, light sauce. The guacamole and chips were good, too.

Good Options - Edit
Two in our group ordered the Teriyaki Tofu bowl with tri-color quinoa and steamed veggies which they liked. The other two ordered the Beyond burgers which were good. They also had a side of chips and guac and side salad.
