New location in Tech City. Menu has a number of clearly indicated vegan options. You can also find vegan options across sides and pastries. It’s like they actually thought I to include vegans in every bit of their offering.

Quick and healthy vegan luncch - Edit
This is my go-to place for vegan lunch in Alachua! Their sandwiches use the most delicious whole grain bread with fresh veggies and local tempeh. Their split pea soup AND the sweet potato bisque are both vegan and soooo fresh. The vegan brownies are rich and moist. They always have our food out fast, and the employees are so kind!
