Yummy grain bowl - Edit

Grain bowl was full of veggies and flavor. I appreciated that it wasn't drenched in dressing. Fruit crisp was a delight of textures and both sweet and tart flavor.

Pros: Friendly staff, Delicious fresh food, Nice vibe

Cons: Lacking wine variety and no dark beer

Expensive salads - Edit

Went here for lunch and got the Middle Eastern Chopped Salad. What was I thinking?! Salad was nothing special: raw vegetables and romaine lettuce. The dressing tasted like salty vinegar and completely overpowered the salad. All I tasted the entire time was dressing. I'm not sure why it's called "Middle Eastern"... it honestly seemed like a salad with some bad Italian dressing from any American diner. The tofu was fine, but there was MAYBE 1/2 cup of cubed tofu added, for $5 extra! Lunch ended up costing us $35 for two people to get salads, with NO drinks or appetizers. The space was trendy and cool, with lots of different types of seating. And the menu was clearly labeled with vegan. But I wouldn't go here again. The flavors weren't my taste, and the vegan options are ho-hum.

Pros: vegan clearly labeled on menu, cute space, offers tofu

Cons: expensive, boring flavor

yum! - Edit

Great food. Great service. A good story for every dish, just for the asking. I’d give it 5 stars, but Happy Cow only allows 4 if the restaurant serves meat. We veg heads will be back! Mischa made it magnificent!

Vegan Options - Edit

Vegan options are clearly listed on the menu, as well as gf and vegetarian. They have grain and veg bowls, a few appetizers and salads. I had the hummus appetizer, a trio of 3 different flavors, and a bowl, a good mix of raw spinach, quinoa and rice, yams and other veggies. Order at the register then head upstairs to get a table.

Pros: Vegan items clearly listed

slow service - Edit

No ice in our water, beer was not full. One member of our party was able to finish a meal before another person was served at all. Staff seemed uninterested besides the gentleman who took our order.

Creative menu items! - Edit

I'm so glad I stumbled upon this place! The first floor has to-go coolers and a counter where you order if you are eating in house, and upstairs has lots of seating and a bar.

While there are plenty of veggie options, the employee was super helpful in helping me navigate the menu. I landed on two appetizers as my dinner - crispy artichokes (the bigger pieces are SO juicy!) and coconut lime ceviche. Instead of fish, they use coconut meat! Really flavorful and interesting.

They also hand pick the fruit for flavored kombucha. It was really good!

Pros: Great food, Cool atmosphere
