Better than expected - Edit
At a beef-focused ranch and restaurant in Coalinga (that has the EV chargers in the area), this was a pleasant surprise! Coffee bar offers nondairy milk (almond and sometimes oat) with no upcharge. They also had packaged hummus, sorbet, and some other coincidentally vegan snacks.
