Solid Health Food Store - Edit
Harmony Natural Foods is a solid health food store with all of the basics. They have a wide variety of gluten free foods. They also have vitamins and personal products. The space is relatively small. You need to ask them for produce though. I travel there to visit family and can get what I need for a long weekend.
Pros: good selection, close to town, friendly staff
Cons: produce in back
