Thoughtful and nourishing - Edit

Vegetarian restaurants often disappoint me but this one doesn't. The chef thoughtfully prepares a variety of flavors with a medicinal purpose. Although potatoes and soy are on the menu, there's also ghee and lemon water. The meals seem to nourish me. And he doesn't use fluoridated salt.

Pros: Nourishing, Variety of dishes in one meal, Caring customer service

Cons: No brown rice, Soy, Potatoes
