A quiet place with a private garden to have lunch and many rooms inside. If eating in the temple room, you will have to take off your shoes. For a set price you get soup, main dish, tea, dessert and cereal coffee. Thursdays are feijoada day. Open Mon-Fri 12:00pm-3:00pm.

Lovely - Edit
Very special place - fixed price for a set menu which changes everyday. Not everything is vegan so it's worth asking before ordering/going there. Nice excuse to explore this part of town too :)

Great place and great food - Edit
A friend took me there last week and I loved it. Seriously recommend seating outside, at the garden. The feijoada was delicious :) The staff was very friendly, too. I'll go there again for sure.
For a fixed price (7 euros) you get a soup as a starter, a drink, the meal and a desert.

Vale uma visita frequente. - Edit
O local é agradável, com uma esplanada muito boa. A comida é ótima, o preço super acessível, onde inclui sopa + prato + bebida + sobremesa. Os funcionários são simpaticos e atenciosos. Convém perguntar as opções veganas, sempre adaptam caso o prato do dia inclua algum derivado do leite, e nunca te deixam com fome.

Lovely - Edit
Its a bit difficult to find the place(as the streetnumber seems to be wrong written here on happycow).once there, its a lovely place especially the garden.the devotees watch out for you and are very friendly.they serve a lunch meal which is classical "temple cuisine",which we like a lot. It was delicious and very cheap. The garden was full of people, business people for lunchbreak, tourists, portuguese people, all mixed. I recommend

Peace in Lisbon :) - Edit
This is my favourite place to eat vegetarian food in Lisbon, food for the body and soul.
This is no ordinary restaurant, it's a cultural association that serves lunch to everyone that wants to eat there.
I find it very cozy, you arrive and the meal is served with a smile and silence (soup, dish, tea, dessert and cereal coffee if you ask for it).
You can choose from three indoor rooms or the great garden they have.
If you like to eat seated near the floor you can even eat in the temple room, as long as you take of your shoes.
