Vegetarian restaurant and smoothie (they call it punch) bar. Caribbean food, mock meat, salad bar, fruit bar, smoothies, some of which are vegan and others that could possibly be made vegan upon request. Open Mon-Fri 6:00am-3:30pm. Closed Sat & Sun.

Vegan food in Port of Spain

Nice place, food tastes good and seems healthy. Many staff working. I didn't really understand how much I paid for what, and found it a bit expensive. But I probably just have to learn it better 😅. Staff was friendly and food tasted good. We also bought a vegan piece of ham (Seitan like) to take home.

Pros: Lots of choice, Mock meat to take home, Very fresh

Cons: Price a bit unclear
