Heartening to see Veganuary menu at HRC - Edit
Delighted to discover Hard Rock Cafe's exclusive Veganuary 2024 menu, featuring two delectable vegan dishes and three refreshing vegan drinks. The "Mushroom Pomodoro Pasta" with Cavatappi pasta, sliced mushrooms, and a rich pomodoro sauce was a savory delight. The crispy breaded cauliflower "Wings" with celery sticks and classic wings sauce offer a satisfying crunch.

✅PAN-FRIED SPINACH & CHEESE FRITTERS (V)
Spinach mixed with grated Cheddar, Parmesan and yellow onions, served with guacamole chipotle dressing. The spinach fillings is fibrous and dense hence very filling and the guacamole chipotle dressing is addictive!
✅VEGETABLE STRUDEL WITH CILANTRO PESTO SAUCE (V)
Best seller and also my personal favourite. Sautéed broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers and feta cheese wrapped and baked in phyllo pastry, served with grilled asparagus, cherry tomatoes and home-made cilantro pesto sauce. The texture of the phyllo pastry is fluffy and melty❤ and goes so well with the crunchy veggies and smooth melty feta.
✅FROZEN CHRISTMAS CHEESECAKE
Amazing dessert!!! Totally in love with the great blend of texture layers. Classic frozen cheesecake with crunchy granola crust, Christmas sparkles and homemade strawberry puree.

Ice blended Bacardi White Rum, Malibu Coconut Rum and Blue Curacao infused with home-made pina colada, coconut flake rim
✅PURPLE RAIN
Beautiful mix of Gordons Gin, Chambord Raspberry Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, topped with rosé
