Tofish and chips supper

2025 update: now take cash or bank transfer. They have Tofish, burger, sausage or nuggets. Also noticed they had some little tubs of dairy free ice cream. No longer have banana blossom. We had battered sausage and chips & curry sauce which was good.

After a walk in the area we headed to the chippy and got our selves two tofish and chip suppers. Together with one lot of mushy peas & a can it came to £22. They had quite a lot of labelled vegan options: tofish, banana blossom (didn’t have any available though) vegan sausages, burger & nuggets. Checked that they use separate fryers for the vegan food and the fish/meat. There were benched and picnic benches just around the corner where we could eat. The tofish wasn’t as good as that offered at McGinty’s in Fortrose (nearby to here) but it was pretty good & chips were fresh. Cash only

Great Tofish Supper

Great to see some vegan options on the menu, the Tofish supper was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Cash only, but there's a cash machine just up the road at Scotmid.

Tasty and sea view

We like this place and go a couple times a year. The chips are good. The portions massive. They’ve had banana blossoms, tofu and Omni brand fish. Sometimes all three are available. General favourite is the tofu. Cash only is a little annoying. But the picnic tables with a sea view can’t be beat
