Serves meat, vegan options available. Very small sushi restaurant. A separate part of the menu lists 8+ different vegetable rolls, all reported vegan. There is also a tofu skin sushi. Ask if vegetable tempura if fried in separate fryer or not. Open Mon-Sat 11:00am-10:00pm, Sun 4:00pm-9:00pm.

Best Veg Sushi - Edit
This place literally serves the best vegetable sushi I have ever had. My favorite is the sweet potato tempura roll. Make sure you order it without eel sauce on it. I don't know if the sauce actually has eel but it creeps me out. The owner and head chef Hiro, is very nice and will show you which rolls and other items that can be made vegan. The place is very small so it probably wouldn't be good for a large party.
