Delicious vegan quiche ✨

I had the cheeze & bacon vegan quiche - delicious!
Not quite the texture I remember (more dense) but still great!
The seitan bacon was yummy!

Tried at Caerphilly vegan market. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Pleasantly surprised

Before turning vegan I was never a fan of quiche. However, I thought I would give it a go.

I had the miso aubergine and it was full of flavour. Texture wise, it didn’t feel the same as a quiche. However, I much preferred that.

Banging quishes

Saw these at Northern Vegan Festival. There were plenty of unusual flavours to choose from. We ordered the chorizo smokey cheese. Great

Great quiches and parmesun

Came across his stall at Taste Cumbria in Cockermouth. We got a selection of quiches, all of which were delicious. He also sells homemade Parmesun (a parmesan substitute made of sunflower seeds), which is great on pasta.

Nice cookies

Found them at Birmingham Vegan Festival and tried a lemon and lime cookie (£2). The taste was great, like eating lemon curd. But the consistency was a little weak as it kept falling apart on me as I tried to eat it.

Happy Sprout Kitchen at Bangor Vegan Pop-Up Market

Happy Sprout Kitchen had a wide variety of flavours of cookies and brownies available, including white chocolate cranberry, peacan pie, and peanut butter. They also had many gluten-free options available, and everything was clearly labelled, but the staff were also happy to help. I had a Dark Chocolate Raspberry Brownie, Gluten-Free Witch's Fingers, and a Lemon Sugar Cookie. The baked goods were some of the best I have ever had, and I highly recommend everyone try Happy Sprout Kitchen. They have a website that you can order from and an active social media presence with information on their market days. 🍪😍
