Great fresh tasting vegan sushi dishes. A lovely sustainable business. The sushi bowl was so full of flavour and crunch and super fresh tasting. Can't wait to return.

Not the kind of food I would normally enjoy, but this I did, so they must be doing something right.

Sushi Heaven! - Edit
We stayed in Brighton for a weekend and visited several popular vegan only restaurants and Happy Maki was the stand out winner! Food tasted really fresh, wholesome, and was just generally very tasty. Nice chill vibe and didn't have to wait too long. The bento box was great as you get a selection of menu items. Great for GF options too! Looking forward to coming back!

Lovely atmosphere, really relaxed and cute decor.
Lovely people working there. One of the staff gave me a taste of the ponso mango before I made my choice!

Good for celiacs - Edit
First time visiting and good to see they had a celiac safe menu and the person behind the till double checked as we ordered. GF soy sauce as well which is amazing. I could have eaten at least 2 of the sushi burritos but that's just me and my big appetite.

Great vegan sushi rolls - Edit
Really nice option for lunch - especially in the summers on the beach! The rolls are super tasty and helps that they're also available on delivery apps which is a great plus, especially for hangovers when you're after something a little more fresh / healthier to get you functioning again 😀

Festival must - Edit
I’ve only ever eaten here at Vegan camp out and Glasto, there is always quite a long queue BUT it’s totally worth the wait (plus it moves quickly). It’s only ever the burrito at festivals but plenty of choice, lovely staff and great flavours. Convenient to eat on the go and would love to head to the restaurant one day.
