Yes, it is not the best italian cuisine, but it's a good spot for students because of the price and portion size.
Read moreI have come here several times in the last year, and have tried almost all of the vegan options. My ultimate favourites are the Pollo de Limone pasta (spaghetti) and the Pollo Pesto pizza.
The thing I like the most about Happy Italy is that they dont make new vegan version, but they veganize some of their already existing dishes.
As a tip if you have issues with weird textures, stay away from the Penne. Their taste is fine, but sometimes a bit unexpected.
Also, they use "meaty" replacements for chicken and shoarma bits.
I think the pizza is better than the pasta.
