Read moreIt was very creamy, tastefull and there were whole mushrooms in it.
Also big fan of the garlic in it.
The price was also really fair.

Great food but poor service - Edit
We are on holiday and found this place through Happy Cow. It was only a short walk from our hotel and the menu looked appealing with 5 pizza and 5 pasta options. We had to wait outside for a couple of minutes before we we were seated, which was no problem, but once seated we waited nearly 20 minutes before anyone came over to take our order and I was close to walking out. There were no staff in our area of the restaurant to even try to catch their eye.
Read moreOnce we ordered, the food arrived quickly - we both opted for pizza and I had the vegan BBQ chicken. It was delicious and I couldn’t finish it - I thought the pizza was a decent size.
After we were done, we were left waiting again for 15+ minutes before we could catch anyone to let them know we wanted to pay. I had cash but had to ask to pay in cash because they dialled it up on the card reader without saying anything, and then I was short-changed because the server told me there wasn’t enough change to give me the right amount. Thankfully it was only by 80 cents but still!
I think we spent more time waiting for a member of staff to notice us than anything else - I even had to go hunting for cutlery because our server put these big pizzas in front of us and just walked off, and there were no knives in any of the cutlery sets at our side of the restaurant. I noticed the staff were all young, so not sure if that has anything to do with it.
We went on a Saturday night so expected it to be at least semi-busy, but my goodness the noise was almost deafening. I honestly wished I had earplugs - it was awful. It’s just lots of long wooden tables where you get plonked on one wherever there’s space.
The pizza was good but don’t think I’d want to go back - the service just wasn’t worth it. (Also, for other English-speakers: be aware a lot of the staff didn’t speak English when we went - I’m not putting that as a negative because I’m on holiday and don’t expect it, but just so people are aware).
Pros: Decent-sized pizza, Good options for main meal, Not too expensive - was €38 for 2 meals & drinks

Not worth the time (and frustration) - Edit
100% awful. My boyfriend and I had made a reservation. When we arrived we were placed in a very quiet area in the restaurant. So quiet, we didn't even get served...
Read moreThe guy with red shirt (probably managing function, I reckon) looked at us at least 5 times and saw we were ready to order. Not only did he not take our order, he also didn't tell the people below him/the other staff to take our order. We tried to make eye contact, but that seemed impossible. And everybody was too far away to call them to our table.
After waiting for 20 minutes we decided to leave. And even us leaving, wasn't noticed. (mind you: the restaurant wasn't busy at all, so that can't be an excuse).
I've seen several reviews with somewhat the same story/issues and it doesn't seem like the restaurant wants to do something about it.

Everything great, just one thing to point out. We wait a long time before they come to answer us to order dessert, I don't know if maybe that's the way they work and we have to be the ones to call, where I usually go, the employees when they see that we've finished they come to us and ask if everything was ok and if we want anything else.

And when they brought dessert, they handed the dessert over to our hands, they didn't even take away the empty dinner plates and we were the ones who had to make room to put the large dessert plate on our table and move the dinner plates to the side...
But again...that's ok...not a big problem.
I just think they should improve the professional service.

They have a separate vegetarian/vegan menu, with pizzas and pastas. I had a pizza with rucola, tomatoes, and garlic sauce. The garlic sauce was really tasty. The pizza was a big size and the vegan cheese was alright. No vegan desserts. It's not the cheapest and it's usually pretty busy there, so you'll have to wait a bit, even if you've made a reservation.

We arrived to a great buzzing restaurant...but staff did not want to have break conversation to seat us. Finally when we were seated we had to ask for meus. When we ordered drinks the waiter waited at our table asking if we wanted anything else.....we requested of we may have time to look at the menu. Finally when he came back when we placed our orders he decided to inform us it was pasta and pizza only.....no salads or starters. Mind you one of us ended up ordering a bruchetta pizza.....( we were denied regular bruchetta when we tried to order this as a starter!!!) Honestly it was fine but over all disappointed in the service. Staff really need to up their game in the service/manner department

Great new menu! - Edit
We hear about the new vega menu so decided to give it a try! The staff was not particularly friendly, the waiter kept asking impatiently if we made a decision but we needed some time to choose from the menu. We ordered pizza’s which where very good in my opinion, especially with the vegan garlic sauce!! It’s too bad the vega ham, chicken and salami aren’t vegaN though.. but still plenty of great options. Before I was vegan I liked that you could eat very cheap here but the vegan options are a little more expensive now, but still very fair prices.

Great new menu!! - Edit
The new green vegan/vegetarian menu is amazing! Many options for vegans, both in pizzas and pastas. Pizza itself was fresh, delicious and came with lots of toppings (including vegan mozzarella). Forgot to take a photo before my first bite, but it came as a full circle of course 😄 Highly recommend to go here if you’re looking for an affordable and good (vegan) dinner.
