The buffet includes different cuisines and some vegan options, but the à la carte Korean menu has more vegan options, such as kimchi pancakes (bindaetteok), vegetable dumplings (mandus), stir-fried sweet potato noodles with vegetables (japchae), risotto with vegetables in gravy (bibim bap) and side dishes (several fermented options and misoshiro soup). Make sure you mention that you're vegan, so that you get only vegan options and side dishes. Reservation is required for dinner. Open Mon-Sat 11:00am-3:30pm.
