Read moreDespite being the only vegan restaurant, perhaps in the entire province of Almaria, the happy herbivore does not rest on this exclusivity, the proprietor Ellie is a real foodie and believes in Local, fresh, beautifully prepared, happy food. We had breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant, which is attached to her beautiful. Palacete boutique hotel. we enjoyed every single aspect of our stay, from the initial greeting to the sad farewell when we left, and every single aspect between. Regardless of whether you are vegan or not, this is a destination, hotel and restaurant. Five stars in every aspect.
