One of few good options in Nyon - Edit
I enjoy the American diner viber and this place definitely delivers on that. As others have mentioned, the Beyond Meat burger is the only vegan option. The burger toppings are pretty basic but it's hard to go wrong with Beyond Meat so it's tasty enough😄They also do sweet potato fries and I thought those were really well prepared. All in all a good lunch/dinner option in Nyon, I'd go back.

Nice vegan Burgers&cook happy to modify - Edit
This is a fun american Diner which is good at cooking beyondMeat-Style burger patties. Patties were nice and juicy and tasty. They are really close to ‚real meat‘, so not good for those who don‘t like the taste. There is only one Vegan Burger on the Menue, but the cook is considerate&the staff understand what veganism is, so easy to modify!

The problem with burgers is, that in Romandie/ Canton de Vaud, almost per default the veggie/vegan option of EVERY restaurant is beyond meat burgers. So I eat many burgers, although I don‘t love them. But this restaurant makes Burgers fun& it is their concept, not a cheap way of offering an allegedly please-all veggie dish.
No vegan sauces and desert though!!!

Location is a bit out of the way of the town centre but if you fancy an authentic style diner it’s perfect. The vegan burger is tasty and the chips are great. The staff were so lovely.

Only one vegan option - but a great one - Edit
This place is a nice American atmosphere, for something a bit different. It is close to the motorway and has quite extended hours so its convenient for a stop when going to Geneva or travelling back/to the airport. There is only one vegan option (burger), with chips or sweet potatoes fries. It was delicious and we really enjoyed the meal there. I also had a side salad, just with olive oil.

While this place only has the vegan burger for main dish, at least it's a quality (Beyond Meat) and there aren't many alternatives in Nyon.
