Several options, all tasty - Edit
We ate here twice during our three-day stay in Ruse, and both times we were lucky to get a table, as the place is extremely popular. Try to book in advance, especially on the weekends. The online menu accessed through the QR code on the table included a whole vegan section, but we were told we had to order from the physical menu instead. That one had fewer vegan dishes, but it's still the best option in Ruse. The food is delicious, and the staff speak English and understand what vegan means.

Read moreI had the avocado quinoa salad and roasted veggies on the side. The salad was huge, so I had a bit of trouble finishing it all. Everything was really nice.
Even though the place was quite busy as it was lunch time, the service was still fast.

English menu with vegetarian items clearly marked (I am unsure about vegan marking ...) Good ambience by the piazza (town square) with a lot of seats.
Read moreWe were there on a weekday at around 9pm, it was almost full, but had seat for 6 persons.
We ordered a lot of sushi, some appetizers, a rice and 2 salad items. No drinks, just water. We were all full.
The bill was around 90 euros.

Limited options and one vegan dessert - Edit
The vegan options are potatoes, veggies, a salad, and hummus. They might also have some sushi but not sure as the sushi menu is not clearly labelled. There was only one vegan dessert in the menu, a coconut cake, but I really liked it as I'm a coconut lover.
Read moreI was a bit disappointed to see their fried rice had egg and they didn't have a vegan option for that, and the waiting time was very long as we went around lunchtime. They told us to wait 15 minutes but it took over one hour to get in the restaurant.
