Very tasty but a bit expensive

I was happy to see the vegan options clearly labelled on the menu. I went for the Incredibowl, and really liked how fresh it was, including the lime juice. I didn’t really like the dressing and was glad I got that on the side. The draft kombucha was also ok, but not overly impressive. Overall I would happily go back but I’d also happily try somewhere else as I found it a bit pricey for what I got.

Pros: Fresh ingredients , Clearly labelled vegan options

Cons: A bit pricey, Noisy environment (not conducive to chatting)

Love the Quinoa bowl minus feta to make it vegan

They deliver, love the quinoa bowl minus feta with sweet potato added. Good smoothies. I work downtown and this is my go-to for delivered healthy and tasty lunch.

Pit Stop

Stopped here after driving 12 hours straight from NH. Perfect little pick me up. Had the Incredibowl, which was mostly kale but had good flavor and not overpriced. Staff was friendly.

Find another place

Please let me say.... first of all... the concept of this restaurant is amazing. But I have tried it twice... the first time my server couldn’t tell me if (V) or (VG) stood for vegan. The second time I went, I was told I couldn’t get the falafel because they “didn’t know when the humus would be done” AND when I ordered the vegan butternut squash soup.. someone brought money out to my table to tell me they were out. I figured after two times of trying to make this restaurant work, I was ready to give up. Not only that... we tried to go the day before thanksgiving but they were closed with no notification on the website or the door. Thanks....but no thanks.

Pros: they have 2 vegan meals

Cons: they will be out of whatever you want

Exactly what I needed

After a long day at a festival, I was in much need for a healthy smoothie. I had stumbled across Happy + Hale and was greeted with excellent customer service and a great menu with both smoothies and bowls that sounded delicious. I settled with just a green smoothie that was amazing. I will definitely be visiting here again.

Pros: Great staff, Convenient location, Yummy

great food, good service, good price

I came here for lunch but really wanted breakfast.

They were kind enough to whip up a breakfast bowl for me.

Everything tastes great & they were really helpful & kind.
This restaurant is quick & easy if you're looking for a healthy bite downtown Raleigh.

Pros: healthy, cheapish, nice staff
