Serves tofu, soup, salad, rice and noodles. Located inside the famous tourist spot, Boudhanath Stupa. The restaurant is on the 1st floor and is easy to find; look for the big signboard just opposite the stupa. Clean space. Owner is Chinese from Hubei, China. English spoken. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-9:00pm.

Nepalese Vegetarian - Edit
I went to visit the Boudhanath Stupa at the Boudha Road and find the only vegetarian restaurant there. The food is very nice, atmosphere is good & clean. The price is cheap and the view is excellent that facing the Boudhanath Stupa. I try the Nepalese Thali and Masala tea, it's was very great. I would highly recommend here.
