Vegan and veggie options available on request. I’d recommend showing the staff your dietary requirements and asking for ingredients/elements you like and let them surprise you (and ignore the menu as it doesn’t have many veggie/vegan options). We were a vegetarian group and had thick noodles with aubergine tempura, omelette, fried rice, fried green onions. Stand out was super garlicky fried tofu and sizzling stuffed bean curd (soft tofu) with peppers and a sweet sauce.
