Great Idea and Tasty Treats - Edit
I heard about this treat cart on social media and saw that they occasionally set up in my neighborhood by Trolley Barn Park. I took a walk over to check it out and they had a nice assortment of goodies. I got an ice cream sandwich made with cookies and a coffee popsicle for my friend. The sandwich was really good. My friend liked the pop but it was very tiny and he wanted my ice cream! I will look for them again as I do try to support vegan food whenever I can. I do think non vegans might find the prices a bit high. I hope they can work that out to make it more appealing to all. The woman working the cart was very friendly and didn't mind chatting with me.
Pros: Nice assortment, convenience
Cons: pricey, portions size
