Not so good

It has a vegan option indicated on the menu, but I really couldn't finish it because I didn't like it at all.

The broth was not very tasty, the mushrooms were too salty, but the thing that really ruins the meal are the noodles: since the normal ones have eggs, they use the gluten-free ones that I think are soy. To be clear, the transparent ones, which not only don't taste like anything, but in the broth they take on a horrible rubbery consistency. I'm so sorry, probably the omnivorous ramen will be great, but the vegan one really needs to be reviewed

Delicious vegan ramen

Hapa Kauai is a delicious addition to Kauai. Vegan ramen isn’t easy to come by and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It had miso broth, tofu, yam noodles, spinach, corn, bean sprouts, and green onions. It was piping hot. The portion was large enough to take half home for lunch the next day.
