practical in areas with few vegan options - Edit
Hans im Glück offers a pretty decent amount of vegan options. You can have all burgers with a vegan patty and they have a few (v-chicken, falafel, v-beef, veggie patty etc).

I recently had two sides, rather small in size (around 8-9€ each).
I would always prefer all vegan spots or places with freshly made-in house and more creative options.
The advantage is, that HiG is widely available in Germany, even in smaller cities, which lacking vegan options. That could be a reason to visit.

Tasty champion bowl - Edit
I had the champion bowl and cauliflower wings which were very tasty! The coleslaw was also really good and there is a lot of vegan choices for burgers as well, everything clearly marked. Friendly staff as well

I like it as it’s huge and the have many tables - also ones that are a little bit more private.

The menu changes from time to time. The food is getting better but also good food disappears from the menu. Also everyone it feels like they get more expensive so for a chain it’s quite pricey. Food is good!
Pros: big variety of vegan options
Cons: some very good „signature“ items disappeared , ablittöe prices for a chain but still ok

Great place to go with non vegan friends. 4 vegan burgers. Good vegan highlighting in the menu. It is rather "half-vegan".

"Abendmahl" "deal" is more expensive than buying individually. (During happy hour). Still, the waiter wants to sell it to you.
Size of loaded fries is small. I expected much more for 8€.
It is quite funny, how they translate everything to German. If you want to go to the restroom, look for "Örtchen" and then "Burschen"/"Madel".
