Bei der Lieferung kam leider richtiges Fleisch und bei telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme um die Korrektur der Lieferung zu besprechen hieß es nur: „Sie können den Fleischersatz abholen kommen“ — wozu bestelle ich denn? Ich konnte es nicht abholen und habe den vollen Preis fürs nicht essen bezahlt😒

Great burgers, always patchy service - Edit
I had been to other Hans im Glück locations and the experience is virtually always the same: Great food, but patchy service.
Read moreThis one wasn't any different. The restaurant is nice, also because it's in an area where there aren't many other restaurants offering a larger variety of veggie options. There's a large inside and also a small garden at the back.
The menu, as with all Hans im Glück restaurants, is extensive and there are many vegetarian and vegan options. Prices are okay and the food tastes good.
Service was fairly lackluster, but then again, it's a burger place, so you're probably not going for the quality of the service.

Burgers are good but expensive - Edit
The restaurant has seating inside and outside. Is kind of a fancy chain but the menu got more and more expensive over the years. Especially sad because the burgers used to be frozen and not fresh (probably still the case).

Vegan/Vegetarian options are pretty decent and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is always pretty good.
