Superb Burgers - Edit
The restaurant chain Hans im Glück is always a good place to go to for some high quality burgers, in Erfurt as well as anywhere else in Germany.
Read moreThey have a pretty large range of vegan burgers, salads and (loaded) fries, all of them clearly marked in the menu. The furnishing and ambience are quite nice, and the food tastes amazing. Especially the “Zeitgeist” burger is among the best burgers I ever had.
The Restaurant chain itself is a little pricy, but it’s really worth giving it a try!

Mehrere vegane Burger. Der "Zeitgeist" hat eine sehr knusprige Hähnchenalternative. Die Soßen sind sehr lecker, vor allem die Orangen-Senf-Sauce. Die Preise sind in Ordnung.

Middle of town - Edit
In the middle of town, a few stops by tram f/ central train station. Beautiful sorroundings, lots of people during summer. They have nice vegan burgers & salads, and it's tasty; fries, too. Note that there are several restaurants close by that are not a food chain. U.S. persons may find the burger size to be smallish but it's really enough to fill ya.
