Tofu vermicelli - Edit
Ordered the tofu vermicelli and it was delicious and a large serving. They have a vegan fish sauce option that can be ordered.

I got the lunch special of a tofu Bahn mi and the vegan pho and the Bahn mi was absolutely delicious! They had heaps of vegan options on the menu too.

I’ve had a tofu vermicelli meal, and then also got a container to go when they had a vegetarian/vegan buffet-style special event. Both were very tasty. They’re very aware of what vegan means, and a few menu items are vegan or can be altered to be vegan.

I go to Hanoi House about once a week. I ALWAYS get the tofu vermicelli, but have to ask for VEGAN fish sauce, otherwise it'll come with real fish sauce. Also ask for the tofu to be extra crispy. It's delicious, and you get a LOT of food for less than $20. Friendly staff, can take out or dine in. They have other vegan options on the menu, but I can't not get this, I love it too much, plus it's gluten free, so perfect for me. I will take a pic next time I'm there and upload it. They give you sooo much tofu!

Not sure which fried tofu dish you're referring to, but I order the tofu vermecilli all the time, which has fried tofu, and normally comes with fish sauce, but you can veganize it and ask for vegan fish sauce😄It's my fav dish there.

It is great to be able to try different foods while being vegan. They offer a vegan mayo & peanut sauce. The summer vegetable rolls are delicious. The tofu Bahn mi was good. The prices are super low for the amount & quality of food you get. They have take out or you can sit in, where there is a nice atmosphere and lots of natural light.
