Fresh and Satisfying with Multiple Vegan Options

They have a few vegan options, including a pho that is labeled vegan. The other tofu options are vegan according to the staff, but not labeled as such on the menu for some reason. I have tried the vegan pho, the vermicelli noodle bowl with tofu, and the veggie spring rolls. All were tasty, but the pho was my favorite!
