The burgers are nothing fancy but very delicious. We had the Rodeo Burger with fries and unfortunately were then too full to enjoy a dessert.😉The staff was very friendly and quick. We would definitely go again.

Vegan fast food restaurant conveniently located in the terrace below the cinema and close to the arcade and games places in Norwich. We had the pa cakes and waffles with berries and cream which were really nice. Not fine brunch / breakfast dining style but like you’d expect from a funfair/ market - which fits the atmosphere of the place. Very friendly and efficient staff . Excellent chai latte. Will become to try out their food and drinks menu😄
Read moreSecond visit 14/3/24 - I had the garlic chilli kebab and my partner the chicken wings and fries. All very tasty - it was a goood balance of salad and chips in mine , and the flatbread was very good. I do think my partners portion was a bit small for the price but he said the wings were excellent. Look for sears to trying out more of their menu.

I obviously haven't eaten everything off the menu but I can certainly try. Great burger and fries and even the gluten-free bun wasn't falling apart like they usually do.

Tried this place 3 times since it opened to support a new venture as there are a few of these dotted about, but with so many Vegan choices in Norwich, Hanks really need to up their game.
Read moreI understand the food is cooked to order fresh, but a 45 minute wait is far to long for a burgar and chips at a mediocre fast food eat in/take away at a very high price tag too and to have to order soft drinks separately from the bar is madness!
The idea is great, I had high expectations, but sadly let down on all occasions.
It wasn't 3rd time luck at all. 1st time I put down to brand new teething problems, 2nd time, no different, 3rd time- no excuse.

£14.50 for a basic cheese burger and tots. No drink. Tiny potion. Tasted nice but for the price not worth it! Eaten here twice, second time was stingier than the first and was told the boss has cut potion sizes but not the price. Pretending to be fast food.

Cannot understand the hype here. The choice is good, but everything seems incredibly "fake" in the worst kind of way. There's nothing here that you can't get better elsewhere for less money.

This place covers all bases of fast food, from burgers to kebabs and is one of the few places like it open later in Norwich. We turned up at 1030pm, the full menu was still available.
Read moreWe ordered a kebab with no hot sauce. It arrived about 5 mins later and it was huge! An enormous flat bread with seitan pieces (amazing texture), salad, chips and plenty of sauce. I've never eaten a non vegan kebab so have nothing to compare it to, but my other half said it was better than any he could remember from before he was vegan.
The drinks have to be purchased from the central bar area and there wasn't a huge amount of vegan choice there, just a couple of lagers, but there's soft drinks and spirits available.
We loved it, 100% recommend.

Friendly staff, awesome food, they'll even buzz you when your food is ready so you can carry on shopping.

Tasty all vegan place in the old food court - Edit
I was impressed by how many options were on the menu, and of course it's all vegan. I only got the popcorn chick'n this time because I just wanted a snack, but I'm looking forward to going back and getting a full meal. The popcorn chick'n was very good, and the other food I saw looked good too.
Read moreIt's inside the old food court in castle mall, so it's more suited to a very casual meal. There are other restaurants there to order from which all share the same seating space. Be warned if you wanted to bring non-vegans here to force them to eat a vegan meal - they do have the option to order from the other restaurants 😬
