Delicious bagels

Omg these bagels are superb. I had their rosemary seasalt bagel with avocado and vegetables and it was so damn yummy and filling. Don't hesitate and go there already.

The bagel sandwich here is amazing

If you’re craving a great bagel sandwich, this place is the best. Very fresh veggies on delicious bagel of your choice, toasted and seasoned.

Bagels (so?)

I enjoyed my NY style poppyseed bagels w/ v ccheese. It isn't our west coast favorite bagels from Western Bagel and the cheese was ok though not the my standard ( Miyokos). Besides sitting in front on the street. They have a back patio that is kid friendly. Great place to go when you want to grab a quick breakfast.

Best Vegan Bagel

I’m reviewing it again because Hanks deserves it. Their vegan option (only one sandwich order selection but you can also get several bagels with just vegan cream cheese). The vegetables on top are SO fresh.

NY bagels in LA!

I love the chewy, massive bagels here and that the staff is soooo friendly and helpful! Love that the bagels are vegan (except for the obvious cheese topping ones or such) and that they carry vegan cream cheese and lots of veggie toppings. Adorable place with a hipster vibe.

Great bagel, [censored] Customer service

The bagels and cream cheese are awesome, the vegan cream cheese is so much better than tofutti and I was so stoked so find a place that makes their own vegan cream cheese but the customer service really blows. I asked about a difference in price on the menu to what I got charged for (I got charged more than the in person and online menu listed) and I was told, “the price you got charged is correct.” The lady was very sharp and rude despite my being incredibly polite and non-confrontational about it. I wasn’t even sure how to respond because usually when a mistake is made, whether that be how much I got charged or the price that was listed, my expectation is that the employees are at the very least respectful and apologetic? She was absolutely annoyed that I brought it up and didn’t offer any sort of sympathy or attempt to make it right despite verbally recognizing that my receipt did not reflect the menu. The only other words that she muttered coldly were, “we’ll change it.” In reference to the menu, not my charge. The bagels, but particularly the cream cheese, are expensive. I would go often despite the price if this wasn’t my first experience, but I don’t think I will feel comfortable paying that much to be spoken to disrespectfully for literally no reason lol. I was seriously very kind and gentle about it, I work in customer service and I’m very cautious about the way I speak to others at their place of work and I was met with a bitter attitude and left with less money than I expected.
