Uncreative Vegan Burgers

A vegan menu with the generic flavours akin to a Tesco frozen vegetarian section (falafel, spicy bean, and vegetable burgers).

The Vegan burgers are fried to seal them before grilling. This is unfortunate as I have had a lot vegan burgers that can be thrown onto a barbecue or grilled in a pan without frying them first.

The Mexican Vegan Burger was okay for what it was, a vegetable patty topped with generic burger toppings. Other than the house-made salsa it was pretty tasteless.

The Vegan Falafel Burger was one again okay, all very mediocre. I love falafel, but this burger with an insult to the great falafel flavours.

The Fresh Cut Chips with Rosemary Salt, were bad. the chips were good, but the giant chunks of salt and the amount of it was overwhelming.

As a non veg restaurant serving vegan options, they have not done very much to supply vegans with the real burger experience other places offer, such as exciting patties, vegan cheese, vegan mayo, vegan sides (other than chips).

I would not recommend this place as there are so many excellent places in Southampton to eat as a hungry vegan.

Pros: At least have some vegan options

Cons: Boring Vegan Food, Expensive , Serves Animal Flesh

okay but not my go to place

It was okay but not the place I’d pick to go to. Been 2 or 3 times and there was always an issue with their service, staff not aware certain items were sold out or if they knew they didn’t inform us about not having one type of flavoured lemonade and just brought a different type. Burgers are overpriced for what they are I think

Nice place, but avoid peak times.

A good compromise if you're in the city centre with die-hard carnivores. Good selection of veggie and vegan burgers clearly marked on the menu, would particularly recommend the Thai Veggie burger. As to be expected with West Quay, it can be a bit hectic during peak lunch/dinner hours so be prepared to wait for a table at those times. Staff were generally great, but at times did seem a bit overworked.

Pros: Good selection, Clearly labeled, Helpful staff

Cons: Long wait times

Slow Service Vegan Burgers

Great range of vegan burgers, I had the Thai themed burger which came with watercress. Also ordered a side of rosemary chips which were oversalted. Food was fine but was let down by the poor service and long wait to be seated in a restaurant with several free tables.

Pros: Several vegan burgers, Gluten-free options

Cons: Pricey, Bad service (the day I visited)

Yes pls

Was surprised a burger joint had so many veggie options, had meat the first time I went to one of thier restaurants but went back trying to eat less meat and my god that falafel burger was amazing, chips were tasty as heck. I'm all for it, but since the place is is west quay the atmosphere isn't too restaurant-y and it can't stay open past west quays opening hours.

Pros: Decent vegan options!

Cons: West Quay food court isn't 'resturant-y'

Waste of time and money

Called into the shopping mall specifically for this place as there is a shortage of places to eat in Southampton. Arrived at 6pm and was told that despite saying they are open until 7pm the kitchen had already closed. It cost us £3 to park for 2 hours when we had no interest in going anywhere else in this place.

Cons: They don't stick to their advertised opening hours
