Best Prepared Tofu You Will Ever Have - Edit
Han's cooks and chefs prepare tofu better than anywhere I've tried in the world. Their General Tofu is wok fried to perfection, the crispiness and texture of the tofu are on par with fried chicken. Almost all their dishes can be made vegan or vegetarian with perfectly prepared tofu.
Read moreMany of the appetizers are already vegan and most vegetarian including the excellent scallion pancakes, vegetable spring rolls and daikon radish.
I cannot say enough about how amazing AND vegan friendly the food is here!

Vegan items weren't marked on the menu, but they were very accommodating and I was told most items could be made vegan and the vegetarian section of the menu had plenty of selection. Unfortunately, I think the buns (which sounded exciting) and spring rolls couldn't be :/

Love the tofu and black bean sauce. Friendly staff and fast service. It is a very busy place, but always excellent service.

Popular, Busy, Reasonable Priced dishes - Edit
We really liked the Han Noodle Bar because the food tasted flavorful and the portions/prices were reasonable. When we first entered we saw that it was quite a popular place to eat and were concerned we were going to wait a long time for our dishes but it was quite the opposite! The food came quickly even though it was so packed inside.
