Stunning vegan dishes in the center of Zikhron - Edit
This is a meat heavy restaurant, which might deter some people, but they have hands down the best vegan options in town and honestly some of the best vegan food I've ever tasted! The vegan menu includes eighteen dishes inspired by Israeli, Turkish, and Arabic cuisine, including several dishes with Redefine [vegan] Meat. We tried the eggplant carpaccio, eggplant stuffed with spiced Redefine Meat and grilled on the fire, and a vegan lamacun (Turkish pizza) with Redefine Meat. Everything was SUPER GOOD. The stuffed eggplant stole the show though! They have several vegan wines by nearby Tulip Winery, available by the glass or bottle. We tried the merlot and cabernet sauvignon - both are great! Honestly, everything on the menu looked so good and I can't wait to go back and try the same dishes again and new ones!
