No longer has Vegan options! Extremely disappointed! - Edit
I am a local and i used to eat here once in a while, they used to have a lovely vegan chickpea burger (The Grassy/O Ervinhas), however they have replaced it with a vegetarian bean burger! And they didn't even bother changing the burgers name (The Grassy/O Ervinhas) even though they changed the recipe completely (they have a personalized name for each burger they have on the menu/come up with), which led me to order it by mistake, thinking it was the vegan burger!
Read moreI am extremely disappointed to see the business regressing, removing the ONLY vegan option they had on the menu, we need more vegan options, not less!
As a vegan i can no longer eat here and will no longer recommend the place.

Tasty burgers - Edit
There are 2 veggie options - we had both and they were both delicious! Just be careful to ask for no sauce if you are vegan.

Crispy burger! - Edit
Lovely place with a few veg options. Careful though, even if we ordered only vegan items, said we wanted only plant-based stuff (asked for NO CHEESE) it came with non-vegan mayo. The fries were really delicious! The burger was with mushrooms and super crispy!

Vegans beware of the bun... - Edit
I confirm, that even though the Chickpea burger is quite nice, not too "vegetable-tasty", and that the mushroom steak is excellent (change the sauce with that one), the bun for the burgers is not vegan. You can ask it to be switched into a pita bread type of bun, and it was still rather good.

Tasty burgers. - Edit
Nice colourful location. Very quick service, staff are lovely. Vegan burger titled "the grassy" is good - pretty average as far as vegan burgers go, but still delicious and good to actually have vegan options available! Other veggie burger is a mushroom patty which could potentially be made vegan by removing cheese topping etc (I didn't try this but could be worth a go if you're not a fan of chickpeas!). Chips were fresh and crispy. Decent portion sizes too!

Good - Edit
Only the one vegan option of a chickpea burger. I asked and the bun it comes with is NOT vegan (milk) but I was given the patty separately with tomato sauce. It was very very nice.

Crunchy! - Edit
I was pleasantly surprised by the chickpea burger. It's not your typical bean burger and it's not a falafel either. It's a well seasoned chick patty, breaded like a schnitzel. Too bad that's the only vegan choice in the menu. There is a vegetarian mushroom burger. No such thing as the tempeh burger the description on happy cow.

Cons: Limited choice, Bürger lacks sauce

Not a typical vegan place - Edit
You can tell that this is not a vegan place as they dont have any vegan cheese for the burgers or vegan mayo. However they serve two non-meat burgers. One is chickpea (vegan) the other is mushroom (vegetarian). Tried both and as a vegan i would rather recommend to ask for mushroom one without youghurt sauce. Both are good as for non-vegan place. Also have nice fries. And the order comes to the table very quicky.

Nice enough - Edit
After trying the superb 'Bairro' option of hamburger restaurant in the city, we thought we would try this too. Limited menu here - nothing vegan unless you ask and I didn't have a huge amount of faith in the waitress. She seemed to understand when I asked about cooking separately to the meat, although it was just a plain 'yes' without any further help. The Bairro restaurant I feel is in a different league to this (and works out cheaper as you pay for the chips separately here) but if you're hungry the portion sizes are good.

Pros: Tasty
Cons: No vegan on the menu, Staff could be more helpful
