Some vegan options - Edit
They had a few vegan options here - a veg curry, salad bowl, a pulled mushroom burger, and a rigatoni bolognese. Nice to see some variety of choices but it was a little underwhelming for me. The pub is very nicely decorated and has a lovely outdoor seating area. However on the two occasions I’ve been, I’ve found the food to be a little flat

Great venue overlooking the canal - Edit
My absolute favourite place to eat in the Swindon area, aside from Wagamama’s! I live in Wichelstowe so this is pretty much my local…. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the canal and plenty of outdoor seating options for when the weather is good…. I’m vegan and coeliac and there’s always at least one option for be here abs the food is really good. The staff are lovely and even when it’s busy here, it doesn’t feel overcrowded because of the high ceilings. There’s some comfy chairs on one side, some pub style bench tables on the other and restaurant seating at the back, including some quirky cinema style chairs on the left hand side! I’d highly recommend the plant burger and the fries are delicious.

Decent vegan breakfast - Edit
Decent vegan breakfast. Everything was tasty. The sausage is usually the downfall of many vegan breakfasts but this one wasn’t dry. Shame there was no vegan spread for the toast. Would definitely go back. Lovely setting by the canal.
