Excellent gozleme! - Edit
We had the gozleme here several times: the potato one (red with pepper) is incredible! I did not taste any butter on it or get sick (and I get sick with even a drop of milk product), so it appears to be vegan. Also very affordable. Worth a trip in for gozleme and chai.

you can find vegetarian foods there, prices are fair for taksim and food is good but they make turkish style meals. for vegans they have very şimited selection, only things with olive oil. because in turkey they put milk in margarines too. so you should ask if they cooked the meal with corn oil or sunflower oil.
