Modern Temple Food Art

Every vegan bite is a taste explosion and so beautifully presented. Every private dining room has a gorgeous garden view. The chef has modernized some traditional vegan temple food with color, new ingredients and tastes. Just perfection! It was the perfect luxury for our 10th wedding anniversary😄

Pros: Taste explosion, Exquisite presentation, Serene private dining rooms

Cons: Expensive but worth every yen!, Zero English

Absolutely beautiful

... and delicious. There are 2 menus (5000 ¥ or 6000 ¥), you can see them on their homepage and book a table online. More on the pricy side, but worth it. Take your time and enjoy!

excellent

A excellent experience in every way and sense. Worth every yen.

Set menu for 3000, classical japanese buddhist bento lunch, tea included in meal, traditional room with tatami. beautiful, and a exquisite experience of which there is no comparison. Take receipt and pay at cashier.

Pros: Authentic experience, Delicious

Incredible place, worth pilgrimage

A lunch that left us speechless. Fucha ryori, more easygoing than Japanese style shojin ryori. Beautiful place, garden, food.
