There's no vegan food as the soup base has pork in it in the hiroshima store

Not a single vegan option, no one talked English - Edit
There are no vegan options there, and I've showed a card saying I'm vegan in Japanese and the waitresses all said there are no options and no replacing the egg noodles with rice.

We were told NO VEGAN - Edit
I wrote down in Google translate “I’m vegan, I don’t eat meat, fish or eggs, is that OK?” And our waiter said “no, can’t do”. We went to Taiko udon round the corner which has a whole vegan menu and was ace. Go there instead!

Yummy soy based ramen - Edit
Ate here twice because the broth was really good! Not overly tasteful but went very well with added veggies on top. Staff spoke some English and the service was quick. Overall pretty good!

Great ramen! - Edit
Great shoyu based ramen with veggies, we asked for seaweed, extra noodles and a side of rice. They had a waiting line and we waited around 20min to be seated.

Overcharges - Edit
Asked for a vegan option and they said they could do a soy sauce broth which was nice. Then I asked for veggies and seaweed and they said it would be extra which is the norm. I was happy with that. But then found out I was being charged about the same price for a meat dish just for noodles and soy sauce broth (780 yen) + veggies (200 yen) + seaweed (80 yen). I definitely didn't feel the meal should be charged quite that high for changing simply to a soy sauce broth. The ramen didn't taste exceptional. Pretty bland since it was simply soy sauce. I put in a lot of spices to make up for the lack of taste.

Pros: Friendly staff, Lot of Seating, Easy to Find
Cons: Not Very Vegan Friendly, Limited options
