Simple, nice food - Edit
We had a nice meal here whilst stuck in Guayaquil. Note that many restaurants in this area are only open weekday lunchtimes so finding vegan food can be a struggle.
The food was simple, South American style - vegetables and grains etc.
Pros: Vegan food available, English speaking staff
Cons: Not open evenings
