A discovery beyond the classic dishes, excellently executed.

This is not a vegan only restaurant. The reason I added the listing is that not many places offer Vietnamese/Thai dishes that are beyond the classics (Pad Thai!). I was impressed with the menu. Almost all the sides are also vegan. I had 3 small places and all were excellent. Definitely order some of the sauces too.
