Hat eine Menükarte mit unterschiedlichen Gerichten, welche saisonal wechseln. Alles wird frisch zubereitet ausser die Pasta, welche in Bio-Qualität gekauft wird. Ich hatte die mit Humus gefüllten Zucchinirollen. Schmeckten gut! Das Restaurant ist gut - aber für mich nichts besonderes.

Nettes veganes Restaurant - Edit
Das Essen im Haiku war sehr lecker. Die Speisekarte enthält interessante und ausgefallene Kombinationen. Wir hatten als Vorspeise Falafel und Humus und als Hauptgang den Seitan Kebab und die Zucchini Rollen. Preislich liegt es etwas über dem üblichen Preisniveau von Palermo.

Les plats étaient bons (pâtes à la courgette et assiettes kebab), il y a plus de spécialités italiennes que d'autres plats (il y a aussi des makis en entrée par exemple). Le restaurant est joli avec une belle terrasse dans un quartier calme. Le tiramisu noisette est délicieux !!!

Lovely selection of different vegan dishes - Edit
I made reservation as seems popular. Waitress was amazing and told me of daily specials descriptions etc. Variety of all sorts of food. I had falafel n hummus to start delicious and the pepper rolls which were amazing which came with nice salad including pumpkin seeds and sparkling water too full for dessert. Lovely vibe was getting busier as I left lovely to go to full vegan place

Best vegan place in Palermo. - Edit
All their food is vegan and inspired by traditional Sicilian food, with a few more exotic options. All of the dishes were simple but with a lot of character, which I liked. The staff is super friendly which is a plus. It is out of the usual touristic places of the city which is nice. Totally worth it.

The menu is very mixed with no identity, has traditional dishes but also kebab, Asian style dishes, so to me lacks identity.

What’s lovely experience! Friendly staff who recommended some great dishes, portions were huge, the flavours all hit well and I tried a few things I’d never had before.

We had two antipasti to share (farinata and nuvolette which were basically mixed veg tempura) and we each ate a plate of primo, two pastas and a risotto. Everything was excellent but the highlight for me was the pappardelle with radicchio and walnuts which was absolutely perfect. I really liked the fact that the menu was seasonal. Portions were generous as well.

Nous avons été chez Haiku un samedi soir et avons été délicieusement surpris ! La décoration intérieure du restaurant est magnifique et donne un cadre agréable. Nous avons choisi le kebab de seitan et les spaghettis alla carbonara. Le kebab était bon, accompagné d’un wrap, salade et 4 sauces (gingembre, aneth, mayonnaise, sauce piquante). Les spaghettis était bon mais manquaient un peu de tofu fumé et était très riche en œuf alternatif.

We ordered the kebab, paella, and the pistachio tiramisu. Lots of good flavors going on in each dish. The kebab plate was served on top of a crepe which was a bit weird. The medley of sauces was a nice addition and added a lot of extra flavor to the seitan which was quite light in texture, although the iceberg lettuce on the bottom almost ruined my experience (me and iceberg lettuce don't get along). The pistachio tiramisu was really yummy and a decent serve too.

Nice restaurant, bit distant from the centre, but pretty much walkable. The food was delicious, traditional with a modern twist, on the pricier side tho. The staff was not very willing to talk in english, but we figured it out. Could definitely recommend!

Pensavo di trovare molte rivisitazioni di piatti originariamente non vegani e invece ce ne sono pochi e prevalgono invece piatti semplici e casalinghi, sicuramente molto buoni e spesso anche influenzati da tradizioni internazionali. Abbiamo provato il sushi e il kebab di seitan ed erano molto buoni. Anche la crêpe con crema gianduia era buona.

The pappardelle and stuffed artichokes were both great. The kebabs were actually shawarma, and it was pretty good but very much like street food. The pistachio mouse pie and hazelnut tiramisu were both tasty but not amazing.
