Local grocery store selling a variety of vegan products, including VioLife products, vegan milks/coffee creamers, vegan butter, vegan yogurt, chocolates, pesto, and more. Some products are clearly marked vegan, but not all. Staff can help with translating ingredients. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-12:00am.

Just a usual supermarket - Edit
To my shame I thought Iceland mightn't be up to snuff when it comes to vegan provision, but you can rest assured that it is.

great grocery store - Edit
This is a small grocery store, about a mile northwest of downtown Reykjavik. Even though it's small, the produce is good, and there are many vegan products- milks, creamers, yogurts, cheeses (including a dozen different VioLife products), etc. Mainstream US-based products are labeled in English; everything else is in Islenska. The staff were very friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about veganism, and assisted with translating labels. This place is a must if you're staying in the area and looking to save money on food. It's a little more expensive than our typical grocery stores in the US, but significantly cheaper than eating out. Much better selection of vegan products than any of the other grocery stores I've been to here.

Cons: not a huge grocery

I live in Iceland and here it is the biggest grocery store! At least I think so... Anyways I recommend Bónus, Krónan and Nettó 👌🏻
