Good service good food

The two owners are so sweet and the food is simple but really good. The prices are a bit high but they are worth it!

Homely ambiance, friendly staff. Food tastes nice. They don't serve alcohol.

Authentic and welcoming Egyptian restaurant

This restaurant moved to my neighbourhood recently and I had to eat there. I saw some positive comments of vegans at Rotterdam's vegan page that the owner was very open to vegan suggestions.

The menu has a separate vegetarian section already. I wasn't that hungry so I only took the lentil soup and the falafel, which as the owner explained, was not like usually made of chick peas but from broad beans. It was delicious.

I could have a look in het kitchen where she was making vegan stuffed vine leaves.

Pros: Authentic Egyptian cuisine, Friendly staff, Cheap

Cons: Serves also meat
